Felt really bad about skipping yesterday, but today I felt pretty good compared to the other two days. I still find it difficult to keep the same pace but I'm slowly starting to get into it again. I started with a mile warm-up and did some drills. I did my first mile on grass because my shins felt pretty funny, the other two I kinda just ran wherever. Feeling: funky, sore, motivated. Also I have to drink more water. :) Also not that anybody cares but I found my lost cat :)
