Best long run in several weeks. Worked into it with some easy, hilly miles to start then had some flatter miles. Beautiful, cool, sunny morning. After a few 7 low miles I pushed a bit for one and ran 6:33 without a huge effort. Glad to feel like I’ve bounced back after feeling really lousy in early May.
