Haven’t been able to post in a while because my phone has been broken ! Today felt a little tired in the legs. Friday- 15’ WU 8x15 sec 15’ CD Sat- 30 min easy run Sunday- 60’ run / 7.40 miles + whole lotta strength and core🤩 39.9 miles last week
