Feels so good to finally break 10 after talking about it and wanting to do it for so long. First mile 5:00 felt very relaxed, started to hurt around lap 6 when the pace got faster, and went 74, 73, 72, 71 for a last mile 4:52. Huge boost in confidence and I feel like breaking 10 jumps me up a level. Excited for summer training after some time easy/off. Cross Country will be legendary.
