Longview with the Pitt State boys. Left lateral gastrocnemius tightened up badly at 2.5 so I had to shut it down...good thing John was biking with us so he let me hop on his bike while he ran. Same issue I had in October but on opposite leg. Shin on right leg is completely better btw. Gonna get dry needled this week. Week 5: 53 miles
