20’ wu cd. 4x:90;60;45. 60” R. Made it 4.72. Was moving pretty quick around 4:40-4:30 pace for the reps and the jog progressively slowed down. Got down to some mile pace on the 45” reps. Did it at the ol’ stompin grounds. Was told I looked smooth
