Had lack of motivation but today Zoom meeting helped me to gain energy to put effort for this track season and try to at least put a small workout for a bit just till I get back to it 💪🏼
(With dumbbells) :
- squats 3x8
- arm curls 2x8
- dumbbell snatch 2x5
- lunges 2x8
- triceps curls over head 3x5
I’m a bit tired from work and school but working out feels good and it’ll be worth it soon. :)
