10 minute warm up then I did stretches and strides accells and blasters
Then I did 1,2,3,4,3, 2,1 x2 for 30 seconds each with 1 minute jog in between surges 1, 2, and 3 and the a 2 minute jog between surges 3 and 4
6 and a half minute cool down
