Ran Plainfield into beaver with Nate and Noah. Melkus picked to run Harvester, which is 6 miles. Either we went 7:30 for 45 minutes or 8:30 for 51 minutes, so we split off from the group. Excited for tomorrow’s meet. After the success of the last meet, I really am looking forward to, like Coach said, show what I can give for this meet. On the one hand, 5:04 seems ambitious , especially considering we’ve only had a week since last meet. But Melkus went from 5:11 to 4:59, so nothing is impossible. Either way, paying too much attention to times before the race isn’t going to pay off for me. Good luck everyone running! Ian’s got sub-5 in him, I can tell.
