Under the Gyatts was postponed but it will still be hype on Wednesday. 8x200 w/1 minute rest on the track. Went 28,28,27,30,29,30,28,31. Was a solid workout and I felt good for the first half of it but then for the last 2 I was having some tightness in my groin/hip area so I will use my Thera gun and bike tomorrow
