Arguably one of the toughest workouts I’ve done since back from injury. Broken 800s 600/200 with 30 sec rest in between 6 and 2 and 12 minutes in between sets.
First set - 1:30.6/30.6 = 2:01.2
Second set - 1:34.9/31.1 = 2:06
4x200 in golfview - 29, 28, 29, 28
Overall it was a really tough workout combined with the heat and humidity but I felt like I handled it really nicely. The first broken 8 was really solid and then second was a little rougher but I was able to battle back in the last 200 of the 6 and in the other 200 to make it an 800. The 200s in golfview were very steady and I felt strong for those despite looking otherwise. Good workout to build on for state later this week
