4x8 prelims. The end result was not what I wanted but I felt like I gave it my all for my last race. I was expecting it to get out fast at 55-56 but it was more like 57-58 which wasn’t a bad thing. I was able to stick on the top 6-7 teams for the back stretch and then kicked my hardest last 100. Handed the baton to cooper when the clock said 1:58 so I’m saying that’s my time. Although I wanted to run 1:56-57 it is still a pr so I guess I’ll take it. I wouldn’t have wanted to run my last race for hinsdale with anyone else than smith cooper and ferren
