State finals yesterday for the 4x400. Felt pretty sick, stiff, and sore in my butt for some reason but still managed to pull off a decent 49 to cover some ground. Tingler put up a great first leg of 50.idk that allowed me to hang onto a guy and slingshot into a better spot where I handed off to parkins who ran a crazy PR of 50.3, then it went to Aden who dropped a 46.4 to snag second and a new record to replace ours from last weekend. Great experience especially with all the cicadas.
