Broken 1600 on track - 800, 400, 200, 200
15 minute warmup and then right into it. 2:18 for the 800, 3 minute rest and then 63 for the 400, 3 minute rest and then 30, 29 for the 200s with 30 sec rest in between. Combined time was 4:20-4:21 which is my goal time for magis this weekend. I’m feeling like I’m in peak shape now 📈
