A bit of a tough long run through Helen and Unicoi State Park after camping. Feeling a little rough is directly attributable to subpar sleep and hydration. Still a nice run with the boys. I can’t describe the allure of Helen but it always hits so hard. This isn’t a goodbye, Helen, it’s a see you later.
