4x1600 today. Was nervous given my last week of training but it wasn’t too awful. Going to keep an eye on things but this shows good progress

40 minute cross train. Scheduled a bunch of meetings to talk about college

7 miles. Didn’t feel too bad which was nice. I think that’s partly due to stresses being relived yesterday. I think that’s going to make a major difference in how I feel which is awesome.

50 minute cross train to give more time for the legs to recover. Accepted to UIUC which was crazy. Thank you Buck I owe you a kidney

3 minute warmup, 2x12 minutes with 90 second rest then 10 minute cooldown. Frustrating to be missing runs. Going to try and switch up my stretch routine to see if that will help as well as cross train tomorrow to get this taken care of ASAP. Was able to keep my heart rate at 180 and 175 respectively for the workout.

Second half of long run on the elliptical. Definitely a good idea to split the run up I think it helped

Good recovery run. A week away from a bunch of college decisions. Hoping for some good results. Had a good conversation with Noah, Walter, and Ian as well which made the run go by quicker.

Great tempo workout today. Ran mostly with Cole, Elliot, and Micheal. Ran 11:30, 5:30, 5:15 for the times. Felt strong throughout which is good. PM attack on the cooldown which was scary but I survived. Good to be back in the workouts after missing / performing poorly in the last couple.
