15 minute warmup, 6x800 thresholds with Anand, Cole, Alex. Averaged 2:54, felt good before conference. Cooldown, stretching, visualization after.

Cross train today, went well. Split it up between bike and elliptical.

15 minute warmup, 3200 time trial followed by 1600, cooldown, stretching. On the 3200 I went out pretty well but then faded in the second half, not great splits. The 1600 I went out too slow which was weird, but I recovered and passed a lot of people on the last lap. Decent workout for me, and I’m just glad I was able to run again after 5 days.

Went to LA fitness this morning to do my workout as an aqua jog, my first one in a while. Did a 15 minute warmup, 12 by 3 hard, 1 easy, 10 minute cooldown. Then did some core exercises. Definitely got a quality workout in.

Okay meet for me. Improvement over Saturday by 40 seconds, which is good even accounting for the .1 less distance. Relative to others on the team though I didn’t have nearly as good of a race today. Splits more consistent this time as my second mile had always been slower previously.

Awesome race today. Was able to get out pretty well, faded a bit, but didn’t let anyone pass me in the finish. I believe it’s a PR , and great progress nonetheless because of the weird distances prior. Had a great group of guys in the open.

Hour and 15 minutes cross train with 30 bike, 45 elliptical.

15 minute warmup, 3x1600 and then 4x300. 5:48 for the first one, then slowed down 5 seconds for the second one which I need to work on, but the 3rd I got my redemption and ran 5:47. The 300s were tough because I got a terrible cramp and I was really tired from the workout. 10 minute cooldown and gs. Awesome to end earlier today.
