NXR today, and it was an amazing meet/weekend. Super awesome and fun time in Terre Haute, and the race went pretty well. Ran 18:33. I love the course because you don’t run the same part of it more than once, and so glad to have been able to race again this year! Will be nice to have a 2 week break.

KLM workout today with Cole. We did it a little late after physics test. Ran consistently at 3:26-3:27 for the 1K’s and 2:43 for the 800. Overall a productive workout with unideal conditions.

63rd and back, mile time trial, ran 5:04, which isn’t great but it’s cross country still, so won’t get too upset over it. Glad to have the opportunity to race a shorter distance again. Solid effort on the 2x1600 after it, turf cooldown.
