Brutal 600, 400 6x200 workout. First 400 of the 600 felt great coming through in 56 and the last 200 was rough but got it done. 400 felt awful but that’s to be expected after the 600. Felt something off in the 400 so did 6x35 seconds on the bike all out to simulate the 200’s. Pissed I couldn’t finish the workout but I’ve been looking for some motivation and I definitely found it not being able to finish. Splits were 1:30 and 60 which I’m happy with given the conditions and I now know I’m able to go atleast 1:28 indoors.
