2 mile tt + 1 mile in flats. Very disappointed with this workout but it feels like every race recently has sucked. Only thing I can think of is low ferretin because I haven’t been taking the supplements as much as I should have. Gonna stay on top of that from now on and hopefully I’ll start running better soon

HC Quad, started out well with Alex and Preston but faded soon after the first mile marker. I think that was a perfect example of slowing down for fear of hurting later on. Stayed that same slower speed for the rest of the race and wasn't able to push. After Saint Charles and this race, I've realized that I just need to stop worrying about how I'm going to feel later and go for it. I know I'm in good shape so there's nothing left to hold me back. Gonna put this behind me and hopefully do better next time

Saint Charles North race, wasn't gonna run originally but the coaches told me too so I did. Got good sleep, nutrition, and hydration but I ran horribly. Was on track to have a good race but I completely died the last mile. I don't even know what happened, it just felt like I had lost a ton of fitness and wasn't capable of going faster even though I know I am from my race at Red Devil. It felt like racing while sick, but I wasn't. I'm just gonna hope this was a one time thing and move on
