Conference meet, a disappointing race to a disappointing season. The only race this season where I was proud of my result was Red Devil, but every other race was a letdown. In my past few reflections I’ve been guessing the reason for these poor races but I truly cannot figure it out. I’m just glad I was at least able to race after facing so many injuries during my high school career. I’m determined not to let this season affect my performance at NXR and especially during track. I know winter training will be vital to how I race during track, so I’m ready to put 100% into it (and NXR training). Words are one thing, but actions are another. It’s time to put my commitment to the test.
