Birthday Run!!! 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂 Very cold run couldn't feel my toes so i turned around at 2.5 at waterfall definitely gonna have to get better socks for winter. Am I gonna wake up tmr with gray hair like the old man??

Watched the track meet at Carthage. Met the runners, their hella funny and fun to talk to. I think i wanna go because they care for each other have good tradition. Also talked to 2 gingers who ran NXR this year, a kid from Minooka, and a kid from Quincy.

did the elliptical with Rogers and a special guest. i am also in Wisconsin Kenosha to see the track and Field team at Carthage and watch their race at 12:30

Sub 18!!!!! Conference was a good race i did really good recovering myself from going out hard in the beginning of the race. I LOVED seeing all Red and White clothing on the side cheering on us young men running in the open race. Seeing everyone on the sides was so hype‼️‼️

The run at robins was not good. Alot of smacking people on the back, not presenting the team really well. Alot people looking at us thinking were not good runners/students. Some people were cutting the coners heavy, they cut through the middle of robins through soccer clubs going on. We need to do better and present running better. The people who did this YOU KNOW YOU ARE.
