Super windy and cold harvester run. I didn’t drink enough water today so when I got home I felt pretty sick. But after a shower and a nap I felt a lot better and will be fine for tomorrow. Definitely gonna stay on top of hydration.

Chill 40 minute run to prospect and back. Did strides, form drills, core 3, and a motivational team meeting after.

Single b + lake loop, speed ladder, and a lift. Felt really nice to run in warmer weather.

Met up with Henry, Cole, Rogers, and Josh at graue for a run this morning. Stuck with Roger’s for most of the run and felt pretty good after.

Ran to prospect park and back with everyone. Really nice run and much less cold than yesterday.

First day back for winter conditioning and it was nice to see a lot of new guys and some returning runners. Ran to klm and did a few laps with strides after. Excited for indoor.

Super epic turkey trot 5k this morning. Ran with Bart the whole way and I felt pretty good. It was super cold out though.

Ran a couple loops around robins today and I felt good. My knees are still achey but it was way less noticeable today and I didn’t need any breaks either.

First time running in a week and it was okay. I had no pain in my hips and I felt like I was fine endurance wise. But my knees were pretty achey for most of the run and didn’t really feel better throughout. Think my body is just gonna need some time to get back into the swing of things. Gonna take Saturday off and try another run on Sunday.

Was planning on doing a run today but the weather wasn’t the best, so I did some mid intensity cross training. I felt really good and I feel like the break really helped me recover. Going to try and do an easy run after school tomorrow.

Tried to fit in an hour cross train but had to cut it a bit short. My body felt pretty good and had no issues but I felt a little more out of breath since I’m still getting over a cold.

10 minute warm-up on the track and a 6 x 3 minute threshold. I ran about 6 minute pace consistently and stuck with Brady, Walter, and Haris. Heart rate was around 152-156, a bit higher than I’d like but felt good. After we did a 10 minute turf cooldown and some stretching. Still feeling pretty achey from the time trial, so I’m gonna take a few days to rest/cross train and prevent any possible injuries.
