This run felt super good, and I’ve realize that I’ve been feeling super good on all of my runs. I think it’s because I really used the break to mentally reflect and soul search and rediscover my love for running. Towards the end of the season it kind of was feeling like running was a chore and now I look forward to every run, this was a lot of fun! We were going to stop at 40 but I kept going because I felt so good
