Double today, joining andrew for his run at waterfall glen, explored a little more of the laboratory trail. The forest has gotta be my favorite place to run, so peaceful.

2026 art paul meet: Warmup, dynamics+ stretches+ strides, 3200 (10:39 PR), cooldown/warmup jog, 15 min 45 sec on/15 off tempo, cooldown, elevating. Overall very happy with how i handled the race. My preparation was solid in the days before, getting good sleep and nutrition. Also i mentally prepared by visualizing the race beforehand. In the second half of the race I repeated the mantra, "push to maintain." It payed off in the end; I medalled with a PR. Congratulations to the guys who ran and won lakes and everyone else who PRed today or at yesterday's time trial.
