4 mile out slower and back faster. I ran with Walter the whole time and when we got back we did some form drills. When I got home later I did core 1.

Easy 4 mile recovery around prospect park. I felt really good and didn’t feel sore at all.

4 miles out with everyone at around 7:50 pace and at the last 4 miles I ran with Walter and I think we went around 7:20 on the way back. I’m still getting used to running on the snow.

Ran 20 minutes easy to klm, increased the pace for 12 minutes, did hill sprints with pushups, and ran back to central to do weights and drills.

8 miles at waterfall glen with the long distance group. I ran with everyone for a bit but it was a little too fast for me. Had a good time talking with Walter and Nate. After got some Gatorade thanks to Anand

Cold run today, 30 minutes at klm with hill sprints + push ups and then jogged back to the fitness center. Finished with a lift and drills.

Super windy and cold harvester run. I didn’t drink enough water today so when I got home I felt pretty sick. But after a shower and a nap I felt a lot better and will be fine for tomorrow. Definitely gonna stay on top of hydration.
