Conference. Super happy with the race. I was sick and injured and I still put up a great fight. Last year I skipped conference for a MUN conference and this year it rlly felt like the right choice to run. I got out very hard and William was very helpful to key off of, but that second mile the lactic started building. Mile 3 was one of the most painful things I’ve ever experienced. I finished but had no kick. I’m definitely looking forward to indoor and taking a step back and looking at how I couldn’t breathe properly at the beginning of this season and I ran sub 20 and I was top 50 at conference. The small things really do matter especially being able to have this great day with my teammates.
