Doubled and did a 1 mi tempo w @IanMaxwell (iuzz), 1 warmup mile, tempo at 6:00 perfectly on the dot w iuzz’s help, then a 400 to cool down, got vaporflys on sale for half off a couple weeks ago and they are SO NICE I smoked iuzz in some strides and even the tempo wasn’t that bad considering I just got back from sickness
