15 Minute Warmup + Leg Swings + Dynamics + 3200 Time Trial + Cooldown. Results for my time were rough to see, I probably could’ve pushed myself a little more.

15 min warmup + 2 laps accel/sprint/decel + plyos + recovery run. Felt good during all of it. Ran towards Garywood.

Great long run. Started with Alex until he turned back, and then decided to start running with Nick as he was near when I turned back. It honestly surprised me that I was able to keep a faster pace during a long run. Had a nice conversation with Nick and we finished up on the track.

2 Sets of 1200 at 3200 pace and 400 at 1600 pace. I actually enjoyed this workout, thought it was good doing the one lap jog in between the 1200 and 400. Finished with a cooldown and weights #2.

Garywood run. Legs were totally demolished after yesterday so I took it slow. Finished with Glute/Hip workout.

800 and 4x400. Got around a 15 second pr from last 800, but still not under 3:00😔. I really enjoyed the 4x400, something about it is just so exhilarating. Was fun to cheer on my teammates.

Stough + 6*100 meters at 400 pace + 10 minute cooldown + Hurdle Mobility. Felt good, talked with teammates I was running with, made it go by quicker. Pumped to compete tomorrow.
