We also include some additional options for scheduling training plan sessions:
- Add Structure. Outline specific workout details like (4x400m with 2 min rest, 2 mi warm up and 2 mi cool down). People can open this structure with the Trackster GPS feature or send to their GPS device for easy training!
- Add to Templates. Check this box to ensure the training plan session is saved for easy reuse later (like a workout you're def gonna schedule again)
- Attach Videos & Files. Upload videos & files (like core routine or a pace chart) and attach to specific training plan sessions on the calendar.
- Schedule on other training plans. While creating a session, you can also schedule it for any of your other training plans (for example, schedule an Afternoon Lift and add it to all of your existing training plans.
