Getting started with TURBO

Download the free Trackster app or just go to the app in a browser.

Go to the Plans page in the Trackster app.

Then find the Turbo section and click it.

From there, enter your training details, upcoming goals and additional information, like:
- preferred days of the week
- the official race you're running
- preferred cross training (Bike, Swim, Yoga or Other)

When you're ready, Trackster will generate your Turbo training plan.

If you have any problems, just send a message in your Turbo chat.

Every day you should receive a notification with that days training sessions.

Turbo will adjust automatically based on how your training is progressing.
