Mags. 15 bones at +8,000 feet. some of the climbs early on were putting me down like a sick puppy. Composed myself and rolled the way back with the help of some downhills. 1500 feet total elevation gain
Lil update: been hitting some great tempos/workouts, couple each per week with general/threshold runs the other days of a week with hill repeats in Watson’s training plan. About 60-70mi a week with some extra biking ￼and or shakeout in the morning. Been working almost every day lately so a lot of these tempos/threshold runs are in the dark but still quality efforts and save the workouts for days I have daylight. Still having fun through all this Chaos when training￼
Was trying to match Kobe’s 10 miler today, but came up a little short.
Real slow start and then by mile 5 I was at 6:00-6:10 and ran few 5:40s and a 5:33 to close.
Was a weirder pace as not being easy but not at tempo effort either, but a big difference between first 5 and last 5 miles.
