Day off (from running). Been tempted lately to not take days because not running sucks. But forcing myself to take a day off every 6th day has probably allowed me to stay healthier and keep running, so it’s all gucci.
Fartlek 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1 with 1 min off. 10 min warm up, cooled down till I hit 6 miles. Overall pretty good, just threshold effort except the last 2 reps. Gotta remind myself that my tempo pace is like 6:10s rn and be ok w that, trust the training and not get ahead of myself, and I’ll be back to something more respectable eventually😤
