Time trial Ran 11:32 not great but it what I expected for how mich hard training I've done.Went out though in a good 5:24 probably not a smart move but I wanted to test myself. Then did 4 quarters all under 75 seconds which felt pretty good considering the time trial before.also very hot feet felt like they were about to burn up.
