Workout at night with james. Did our 25 mins at training run effort which ended up being around 7:20 and we ran through downtown plainfield. Workout went great. We started our reps around 6:20-6:30 and then always dropped it down to low 6s for the last 2 mins. easy pace was 8:00 to get a good recovery. first three reps went just like that and last rep went even better. around halfway i picked it up and ended off with about a 5:50-5:40 pace for the last 2 mins. our cooldown was a nice slow 10 mins and we ended off with 60 for the day
