Second interval workout since surgery — happy to finally build up to this effort level, even if it’s wasn’t as long as I’m used to. 10 stretch and strengthening, 15 warmup, 4x3 minutes with 1 minute rests threshold (HR 150-160), 10 minute cooldown
Random core for 5 minutes after (Leg Raises, Sit-ups, Flutter Kicks, Seated Russian Twists), 5 minute stretch
Connected my heart rate monitor to my indoor bike app, which is super convenient.
