After I watch you guys race, I’m sure to have a productive, determined cross train. I’ve noticed this throughout the season, and I noticed it today. Thanks for the energy.
Third hard(ish, HR in low 150s) workout since surgery. 10 minute stretch and strengthening. Bike: 15 minute warmup, 4x5 minute fast with 1 minute slow (+ an extra 3 minute fast at the end), 13 minute cooldown.
Same 5min random core routine: Leg Raises, Sit-ups, Flutter Kicks, Seated Russian Twists. I actually think I pushed myself more than I’ve pushed myself in the past, leveling up my conception of what I’m capable of. Then 6 minute stretch.
