My discipline and drive are at the highest they’ve been this season. I’m filled with an eagerness to compete and a newfound gratitude for running. Tonight was a hard cross train. 10 minute stretch and strength, 20 minute warmup, then 3x8 minute at 75% effort (HR 165-171) with 2 minute rest. Then, 15 minute cooldown. 5 minute stretch.
Graph is HR/resistance during the hard part of the workout. Observing the spikes during the high effort, and how it gradually goes up.
