York Course warm up, 4x1200, 4x300, cooldown. Tried to go out a little slower today and progress down each rep. It definitely feels a lot better picking up the pace and pacing people then fading back and getting paced. Not going to go out that slow for conference but might try to go out a little conservative and move up throughout. Overall felt really good and gained the confidence I need going into conference. Spilts: 4:05, 4:04, 3:55, 3:58.
