15 minute warmup, 3200 time trial followed by 1600, cooldown, stretching. On the 3200 I went out pretty well but then faded in the second half, not great splits. The 1600 I went out too slow which was weird, but I recovered and passed a lot of people on the last lap. Decent workout for me, and I’m just glad I was able to run again after 5 days.
