Ran 11:12 for the 2 mile time trial. Considering I ran it in flats, and it was a 12 second PR, I think ky went pretty well. My one gripe was when I was trying to plan for this run, I wanted to stay with Cole. When I saw Ian and Noah were ahead of him, I thought they weren’t pacing well and that I was doing the smart thing by staying back. Not only was I wrong, but Cole was wearing flats too so compared to everyone else he wouldn’t have done as well anyway. I pushed ahead around the third lap and just kind of died in no man’s land. The mile kind of flew by, I did much better than I expected.
