10:05 2 mile. I had a really bad race and I don’t really know what happened. My first mistake was not running with the front group because the second pack was going pretty slow. I went 72, 73 and then 77. I think trying to pace myself really backfired. I realized my mistake and hit two 75s but then faded. My only guess for why the race felt so bad was bad sleep during APs and retakes but I had good sleep during the weekend and leading up to the meet. A very disappointing way to end the season but I know there’s more work to do.

4x800 threshold, it took a minute to find the pace which was unusual but is was pretty windy. The workout felt very smooth 2:41, 2:48, 2:44, 2:45

I ran the same time as Saturday, which is about to be expected. I would’ve preferred to run faster but I think I ran well. Im glad I got out faster even though it may have backfired a little bit because it’s better to be involved and then fade than never be in the race

Super exciting meet, 4:39 mile and first place. I felt like I was barely holding on to the front pack but one dropped at 500 left so I took my shot and it worked out great.

LT meet 2:12 and 60.2 Really frustrating to not see any progress in the 800 even after all this time. We haven’t been focusing on it but I’m still disappointed with the time.

Sub 10! Very exciting milestone and I think I had a good race. I stuck with the DGN pack for the first mile but I knew I was on pace so I didn’t chase them when they sped up. I was worried about hitting a wall and not being able to finish. There’s definitely more work to be done this season
