Very solid workout today. Ran 3:28, 3:25, 3:28, and 3:25 for the 1K splits. 3 seconds variation is pretty good for this distance so I think I did a good job staying consistent. 800 was 2:44, not amazing but certainly not bad. Definitely a very challenging workout but I think I did pretty well.
