3 sets of 5 200s with 60, 40, and 20 seconds of rest. I felt pretty good on all of these, I had only one split slower than 34-37, and a few that were faster. Overall a good workout and it was nice to do it with everyone else. I almost had to run it in sweatpants, which would have been very bad.
