15 warmup, 10x1min hard, 10x30sec hard, 10 cooldown. Watch wristband broke so I was unable to use it as a heart rate monitor which wasn’t ideal but still managed to push myself this workout. Ordered another one on Amazon so it should be fixed soon. Going to treat Regionals like I’m racing even though I’m not (ie regular preparation and packing spikes and uniform, etc). Want to make this as close as possible to actually racing. Not going to let a little pain decide my senior year.
