3 mile up tempo from Saturday. The goal was one minute off our KLM PR and I was one minute and five seconds off. Overall a pretty good workout, my splits went 6:11, 6:16, and then 5:17 (for .9) so I definitely sped up the last lap. 17:44 vs 16:39
