Really did not feel like getting on the bike, but, as always, I’m happy I did.
10 minute warm, (8 hard, 2 easy)x3, 10 minute cooldown. I’ve become a much better biker over this season, we’ll see how much that transfers to running soon.
Heating and massage gun afterwards.
