NXR woke up still iffy if I was going to run or not and by the time we got to the team area I thought I would just not run it but then everybody told me I should so i decided to just run i. It didn’t feel great but I’m happy I at least ran it. I ran like 23:40 but I’m just happy I was able to toe the line with all the injury and sickness I’ve been through. Overall pretty satisfied didn’t have the races I wish I did and missed a lot of cross country but I’m glad I was able to run some races now I’m just looking forward to track.
