Decided to bike today. New shoes came in today so will be pulling up in a fresh set of wheels tomorrow. Same shoe I’ve been wearing since freshmen Xc. Brooks adrenaline GTS are the Tom Brady of running shoes. Excited to try the 2024 model. Been thinking about the British a lot this week. Much to discuss on tomorrows run.
