1-2-3-3-2-1, but I only did 400m of the second 3 min rep because we were running everything at 4:40-4:48 pace and I didn’t want to fall off and mess up Colin’s workout. I took 600m off then paced him the rest of the way. Leg felt great, was a little tired in the heat and not in great shape yet but I’m happy with how the leg felt, fitness can come later
