4 mile tempo, 1x8 min stair workout, cooldown, core 2. Felt really good for this workout and got the heart rate up a bit but was still at a tempo effort. Splits for the tempo were 6:32,6:31,6:07,5:44 and there aren’t really any splits for the stairs cause it’s continuous.
